Mostly I'd push laws to rein in the administrative state. I'd abolish several agencies, put sunset provision on all regulations unless they are made law through the normal Constitutional process of Congress passing and President signing. Seek repeal of the Federal gun laws.

Repeal of the National Firearms Act, as well as the FOPA's Hughes Amendment.

Every conversation with a new person they must first declare 'just so you know im a massive faggot with a rock in my pocket for you, wanna reacharound?' or they are completely on their own with the whole informed consent thing.

It is not what I would pass. It is what I would remove. Let us just start working down the list of every law that uses the commerce clause to get around the constitution, but has nothing to do with interstate commerce.

Lobbying, I'd kill that first

How do you propose to kill lobbying while allowing people to exercise their Constitutional right to petition government?

To kill lobbying you need to kill the idea of a career politician and political profiteering. That will not be done without a constitutional amendment. It is pretty easy to notice when someone enters politics with an average or below average net worth and at age 60 they are multi-millionaires. This is more than obvious corruption.
