The only Grammy category that is worth a damn: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grammy_Award_for_Best_Engineered_Album,_Non-Classical
You can find some true art in there, e.g.: Madeleine Peyroux, Melody Gardot, Rebecca Pidgeon, Alison Krauss & Union Station, Sarah Jarosz, Imogen Heap, The Bird and the Bee

Diversity is like Communism, people are asking "have we reached full diversity™ yet?" - somebody will answer "no there are still some White people left around, so we need to try harder". White man is the new Kulak

This was a great song, though.
We don't have affirmative action in music. You must make sales to be successful. Black musicians have been respected in this country for more than 100 years. African Americans in particular are powerhouses of genre creation. Blues, bebop, funk, hip hop, house, jazz, rock and roll, soul, techno, trap: these were all created in the African American community.
And yeah, all one color is not diverse. Diversity means no whites.
