Probably in the off-season when contracts start being negotiated. Pay attention to how much the salary cap increases compared to other years, and how much cap space teams are leaving in their budget instead of paying their players. This is where the damning info will be. Players don't give a shit about television ratings, ticket sales, or anything not in their contract.

Aaron Rodgers and other 'elite' quarterbacks make about 20 million a year. 500 million is about 25 elite quarterback salaries, and there are no where near that many elite qbs.
That being said, we need to keep the pressure up.
