It's true, there are some USB miners. Most are not. I had an Avalon Batch 2 that drew over 800 watts. Some of them will use USB for connectivity, others for power.
The photos of Bitcoin mining warehouses are not showing USB-powered devices.

Even if we go with the laughable assumption that standard mining rigs are merely attached to more standard computers,
Plenty of USB devices come with their own plugs, rather than draw off of the computer
The ASIC in question would almost certainly be attached to a PCIex16 port to take advantage of the vastly higher bandwidth available

Which are connected to computers. Which are using a tin of power. Show your math if you want to call BS. I'll happily review both claims.
