Yes… My parents passes away 10 years ago. I've been having Thanksgiving and Christmas with a good friend of mine and his family for the past six years or so.

Not quite without family, but my girlfriend and I just did Thanksgiving only with my mom. All 3 of us our ducking out on other family activities and figured we're like-minded enough to keep it to just the 3 of us. We cooked at my place and hosted my mom. Other than that, that will be the scope of this holiday, probably for many years too.

Sitting home alone while my ex-wife takes the kids to her parent’s house for Thanksgiving. First thanksgiving alone in a long time. Kind of lonely.

First time in almost two decades that I spent it with some family this year. I'm still eh about it all, though I'm blessed to have options if I want.

Happy Thanksgiving man, hope dinner was as good as it sounds.

My wife and I made dinner together and enjoyed the day with just us and the kids. Screw family get togethers, there's always way too much drama with our families.
