I tried a bunch of other browsers. Everyone goes gaga over Brave but I just could not see it as more than a specific use browser. So many things did not work quite right. Pale Moon was closer but still gave me issues. Waterfox has been about perfect and the fact that it has an Android version that actually fucking works right is like whipped topping on ice cream.

I downloaded PaleMoon to try out.. but I fucking hate it.
All I really wanted to do was keep my current addons that FireFox won't allow.. but they look and function like shit in PaleMoon.
PM doesn't have a mute button on each tab, which I regularly make use of in FF, and their addon to add that function doesn't work.. They very few browser themes and I haven't been able to figure out how to edit my FF theme to work in PM or to make my own; directly importing my FF theme causes my tabs to all turn white.. I just want my tabs to have a transparent background with white, shadowed text, except for my selected tab I would like to be translucent. Also, one of my addons that works in FF causes the X in the top right to not close the browser; clicking it does nothing, so I have to click the orange menu button and manually select Exit.

I'd try WaterFox, but it's 64bit only. I'm still using a 32bit PC because my motherboard only has two RAM slots and I don't currently have the money to buy a new system.

As much as I hate FireFox, both politically and the direction they're taking their browser, I'm considering downloading the extended release until I can afford to upgrade my hardware.. either that or begrudgingly start using PM more, even though I really dislike it.

PaleMoon seems like it takes much more effort to get it the way you want it especially with the addons.
Do you plan on building or buying when you upgrade?

I'll probably build. I'm no stranger to thermal paste and seating boards into slots.. it just depends on the price. If I can get a deal on a prebuilt, I'd go with that.. but the case would have to be nice.
My house was built in the 1920s and its dusty as fuck.. and I quit smoking by getting into vaping, so I have to keep thick filters on my air intakes. Thankfully I have a lot of filters from old air purifiers.
I have thought about water cooling, but it seems like a hassle to set up radiator piping eveywhere in the case.. and then have to deal with pipes full of coolant when you want to remove a video card.

Still using ESR, installed Palemoon but it seemed to have problems, so still using ESR (with auto update turned off).
