He was tried in liberal NJ. 10 jurors wanted to acquit him on every charge and 2 did not. Let that sink in..10 wanted to not charge him with ANYTHING! With that I have no doubt they won't retry him. Oh, and I posted two weeks ago that this would end in a mistrial. NJ is a corrupt dem controlled state.
Well then you were certainly right! I'm pretty much of the mind that ALL politicians are corrupt. Some go into it with good intentions but then they are quickly corrupted and brought into line.

A mistrial doesn't mean a finding of innocent. But Prosecutors will have to re-file charges for a new trial.It also raises the question of how much he paid the judge.

Not just yet. I'm sure they will refile the charges and try him again.
