Just finished it. No spoilers whatsoever, but the ending is a bit predictable and anticlimatic just like the first one (in case you've seen how it ends). But still really solid, and I'll probably try to complete it fully.

Honestly, I kind of see what you're saying, but to be honest, I feel like so far my favorite parts of the game have been the minor encounters, not the overarching plot.

Yes! This is so weird. Unlocking tokens out of cards on random encounters is so much better than the plot on each Tarot card/ campaign node.

They'll probably implement endless mode soon, which is just that, no plot, no bs , just random encounters and difficulty.
