It's not the harassment she's censoring. It's the harassment that the people who are high up in reddit's tiers are allowed to continue with no consequences because they have so much control over the site, there are whole sections that would collapse if the company turned on them. They're bringing their antics here and "staking their claims" to their territories already (their words)
Agreed- I've heard Voat referred to as 'where the trolls of reddit are headed'. I hope not! Seems chill so far, would be great to see it stay this way.

The key difference is that nobody is allowed to moderate more than 10 subverses. This is instead of the sometimes 300+ subreddits that mods on Reddit had.
