I complained in the comments in a prior post that the article didn't say when the telegram was sent. This article gives the timeline.
My complaint was that, lacking the time frame, there was no way to tell between IL colluding with SA, vs reacting to its actions. Now we can look at this.
FTA, Israel sent this telegram shortly after the resignation of Lebanese prime minister Saad Hariri. According to CNN Hariri resigned during a trip to SA, saying that Iran was meddling in the region, and that his life was in danger. According to the Independent Hariri was actually taken into custody in SA.
I don't think this constitutes proof of Israel colluding with Saudi Arabia, it could be explained by Israel reacting to Hariri's statement.

Either way, using the term "collusion" usually implies something nefarious. That's not a very accurate way to depict two countries cooperating in their efforts to fight Hezbollah and Houthi terrorist / rebel groups, even if Israel is one of them.

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman recently killed Saad Hariri's best friend, Prince Mansour Bin Muqrin, in a helicopter assault while the prince was trying to escape Saudi Arabia. Saad Hariri is as good as dead, which means that Saudi Arabia and Lebanon are now at war.
Why are they at war? Because Israel demands it. Hezbollah is Israel's greatest threat and in the last 10 years or so they have defeated the Israeli Army twice. This has never happened before and Israel knows that they can not defeat Hezbollah without completely destroying Lebanon, which would bring the ire of the world down on them. This means that they need help to wage war against Lebanon and who better than their lackeys in Saudi Arabia. Don't be deceived, this is WW3.

What a shock that this website that I've never heard of before would misrepresent and sensationalize the facts of the story in a way that seems to aspire to craft a particular viewpoint of the topic that is heavily favorable towards one side by depicting that side as victims who do not deserve to be held accountable for their behavior
