BBC is blatantly biased against Trump. They make zero effort to hide it. I was shocked to learn the many English don't realize BBC is propaganda. It's State-run TV. How could it not be propaganda?

BBC is a semi Government funded organisation that does not have to keep its core base satisfied for their earnings.
Is it surprising they are free to spew bullshit with no consequence, when there is no financial incentive to tell the truth, only moral obligation to tell the truth remains, and morals are easily corrupted and manipulated.
Arguments like "censor this or it'll give rise to X" and "ignore this or Y might get offended" become moral virtue signalling.
Trust in the public to process whats presented and form their own opinions is no longer allowed. Approved opinions and soundbites are force fed - news is not longer news but the collective narrative must be followed.
This narrative was eventually opposed by the public (Brexit) their response was to double down and virtual signal in every show.
The BBC today actively stands against the majority of the voters in the country, this continued position can only be explained because it aligns with the UK government's ulterior motives.

Yes, you have to realize that US left is nearly UK right. So they tend to dislike US right a lot.
I still listen, since I find them MOSTLY fact based, and because the bias is not aimed at me, and thus is a bit easier to detect.
