Red Pandas seem like they would be a cool pet to have. If for nothing else than how playful they always seem.

An ocelot or a tiger. There is something cool about large cats.

I'm just happy with a not necessarily well-trained dog. They're the perfect mix of "I'll keep you company and be your best friend" and "you better watch yourself before I fuck up your stuff."

And they are always happy to see you. Unconditional love.

As a child I always wanted a turtle because; ninja turtles. As a child in an adult body I have learned that pet turtles aren't ninjas and would probably not be worth the upkeep.

An otter. They're cute AND vicious. It'd be nice to have a cute furry friend that also likes to bash some skulls like a clam upon their tummy.

lol I wish! Pools are expensive down here but luckily there a TON of great swimming holes and creeks around here. Tubing in the summer is a Texas Tradition!

Is that really a downside?

How great would it be to have an elephant? You could ride him around drinking a gin and tonic while contemplating imperialism.....and stuff.

I really want a cat sized elephant more than anything else.

They existed once but unfortunately I was not around to befriend them.

I always wanted a dolphin. They seem so carefree and fun.
