Usually when I wake up I'll have a mass gainer shake. I have a bowl of cereal after I get back from the gym. For lunch I'll either have two pbj sandwiches and two cups of whole milk or leftovers from dinner the previous night with milk. For dinner I'll have whatever my grandmother cooks that night (I'm working for my grandparents this summer) which is usually a meat, a vegetable and potatoes. Before bed I have a mass gainer shake.
Usually adds up to between 3500 and 4000 calories.

Current keto heavy.
Breakfast: One "bullet proof" coffee, about 300 mls
No lunch (not hungry)
Diner: Usually, at least one head of lettuce, about 250 of meat dejour. 30mls of a keto ceasar salad dressing.
Snacks: If i do get hungry. Protein bread, nuts, eggs, bacon .

Lots of eggs, frozen pizza, veggie burgers, and coffee. Not too strict, just try to eat enough every day.

My first two and a half years lifting I did this. Stayed lean while gaining about 10 lbs per year, but during the second year it drove me crazy barely seeing results. Definitely works if you know your body though.

My standard diet:
Breakfast: Any fruit I feel like eating, coffee with a scoop of whey for flavoring.
Post work out: Avocado, Protein shake [Almond milk, pro. powder, creatine]
Lunch: can of tuna mixed with sundered tomatoes, jalapenos, olives and/or ginger. There may be a squirt of horseradish in there if it's not sticking together right. Spread on Romain heart leaves.
Dinner: Liver [baked not fried] with beets or broccoli
An hour or two before bed: Casein protein mixed in with a CARBmaster yogurt and a scoop of cottage cheese

I'm fatty bulking... Just eating anything I want whenever I want. I feel really lazy after reading this thread... But cake.
Cutting starts soon though, so I'll be on point then.
