Suburban Chicago style - very, very thin crust, cut into squares, not triangles. Italian sausage, onion, green peppers, mushrooms, and sometimes black olives. Aurelio's being the best example.

Not to be confused with "Chicago-style" pizza which is in no way pizza and more like a pizza-flavored stew and mostly aimed at dumb tourists.

For my recent birthday dinner, an Aurelio's style pizza is what I requested, and what I got. We live in the South now and there is no good pizza here. Mmmm...pizza....

Keep it simple. I like very few toppings with strong flavor. Black olives and feta, pepperoni and feta, pepperoni and red onions. Things like that. New York style thin crust is a must.

Yup. I'm torn between feta and spinach or chicken and broccoli. KISS - keep it simple, stupid.

Hawaiian is where it's at. Sweet pineapple and ham with some acidic tomato sauce and rich cheese - the best.
