Game: Majora's Mask Temple: Water (even though they always seem much harder than the rest) Reason: The time element is I think what does it for me, and that big fucking moon!

I just finished Majora's Mask for the first time myself very recently, i love the stray fairy concept it really adds a lot to the temples and it makes you want to explore everything! Majoras Mask difficulty really rises as you progress through the game too, It's a really good game with a lot of cool concepts! What is it that you like so much about the water temple though? It was only kind of "meh" to me.

Minish Cap. I never hear anyone talk about it but it was the first game zelda game I finished. I love how bright the art style was. Also, as a kid I thought it was awesome how you could shrink and explore the world in a different perspective, like how you could go into the bar and if you shrank you could go up into the rafters and there was a little minish bar. Also I loved that some of the bosses were normal enemies but because you were tiny they were a way bigger threat.

Ocarina of time. Probably because it was one of my first games ever and it had (for the time being) some amazing graphics, it was smooth and the story was and still is really exciting. All the temples are really good too, they all have some pretty tricky puzzles and you Always feel like you want to help the people in the villages, be it the gorons, the zoras or even the mean Girls of gerudo. I Think it's a rather "complete" game and it has such a good replay value.
