This deflates the whole "they are targeting the ceo because she is a womyn" narrative that started getting pushed this week.

the old fashioned way: money and connections.
From what i can tell, she has mostly a finance background. Her husband allegedly has a lot of money, she came from a finance firm, so automatically she has flunkies and social climbers who want to get on her good side and sell this narrative that she is some sort of groundbreaking woman in a man dominate field.
This whole situation is frankly, odd, and the longer it goes on, the more questions get asked.

This almost sounds like mod teams could consider leaving and moving to other sites, such as Voat, or even something else. If they do the work to put the celebrity coordinating network and infrastructure as something they own, then reddit doesn't really provide much value, just readers. By giving that up, that could end up hurting reddit corp in the future if mod teams just move their communities. Voat should try and recruit some mod teams over for good subreddits

I would love some of those Mods over here. And yes, I know there are some douche bag mods out there that need to get kicked. But still, very knowledgable people

Chairman Pao doesn't want it to be seen.
