I put in a SHIT TONNE of work and effort to look good. How dare they think they can sit on their ass, not even brushing their hair really, and then think that they can get the kind of attention I do. Like fuck off.

Entitlement. People want to feel pretty without making an effort to be pretty because they feel like they are entitled. They believe that thinness is a "privilege" and that therefore none of us who are thin have worked to become or remain that way.

OP is dead-on correct! What continues to rankle me is their delusion of men not finding them attractive because of fat discrimination or men holding false, out-dated definitions of beauty. Bullshit! Obese women are simply flat-out unattractive (as are obese men). I think the main reason any of them find a man is that there are so many fucking hamettes out there these days, some men give in to pig-fuckery because they're out of options (which still doesn't excuse such behavior).

Yup, instead of fixing themselves they want to drag us down with them. But instead, they've made me hotter by default by simple virtue of not being fat.

I'm pushing 40 and fit people my age are a rarity, to find one your age is like seeing a unicorn.

I am in my 50s too and same for me -- I may be average looking but you bet I stand out in any group of peers just by virtue of being very trim.
Oops, did I just imply that taking care of your body is a virtue?

Thanks for the newsflash, Walter Cronkite

But they only want actual attractive people to find them hot. Because not even fats want other fats.
[–] Carsandsarcasm 0 points 5 points 5 points (+5|-0) ago
You are right. This is only the beginning, though. For now, fat, ugly women dominate the movement, but the men will catch up. I guarantee it will only take a year or two before there are equal parts mayo and femayo in the fat acceptance movement. For whatever reason, they don't seem to go for it as much at the moment. Give it time and they will be bragging about how their moobs and fupas need representation and arguing they are hot shit just as much.

I've noticed it catching on to mayos pretty quickly. Especially (but not exclusively) in the gay scene.
I don't know how the hell it's even possible. But I seriously think most fat men, even into the lower obese range, don't realize they're fat. Or that their fat and the issues related to it are the underlying factors for why they're doing so poorly in so many things. I think if and when they do realize it that more would be part of it.

A lot of men even into the obese range try to kid themselves that they're ' just a big, strong guy' or 'just a regular guy, not some vain pretty boy'. It's the male equivalent of 'muh curves'.

It's simple game theory: If every woman is ugly, then the ones that are a little less ugly are suddenly the most attractive ones. Only works if virtually everyone is in on it though, which not everyone is currently.
Thank god for shitladies.

Not only is this true we need to invent a term for it. That way we can call it out when we see it.
[–] stefwithanF 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
I know it when I see it. I think all of us women recognize that bitchy look. It's like, the Sheham is out, all Fierce in her inActive Wear from Lane Bryant, she just finished half-assing a Zumba class or some shit. Then, she passes a shitlady in Dayum! Brand yoga pants & she knows she's a sloppy pig.
It's like when you're checking out your crush & you walk into a door.
