You know, as much as I hate the idea of some thot fucking up a young guy's life, it's teaching us that traditionalism has a real place in sexuality.

I went to college in Wisconsin, and I am not sure if this is true or not but I was told that in Wisonsin, if a woman has had any alcohol she can't consent. So even if you had consesual sex the woman can come back and say that she was drunk and the man can be charged with rape. As a woman, I think this is bullshit,. You can't wake up in the morning and cry rape just because you had one too many margaritas. I actually know someone who had this done to him and is now a registered sex offender, I don't believe the lady for one second as this man is a very sweet, gentle man.

It's a relatively well known school.

that shit was unilaterally enforced anyway. how many men at college got off a rape claim by saying "i was drunk, she raped me too because i couldn't consent because i was drunk".

that shit applied to women and only to women. it is a subtle way of colleges admitting that women are too dumb to make decisions for themselves.

How many beers can a 115 pound teenage girl drink before she is impaired?

so drinking alcohol negates any kind of consent then.... "Oh need me to sign a contract sir? sips a tall one okidokie "

That actually could form the basis for negating a contract.

Exactly.

Major felonies should be tried in a court of law, not a court of feel-feels.
