so basically as a man get drunk and rape women.... that's the logical contra-positive... no wonder it isn't allowed. what a bunch of retards this is barely debatable between toddlers (educated/white toddlers)

Edit: Black toddlers would be coached by a bt1000 mongaloid

It's especially ridiculous when you realise it means that both of them are rapists.

...it ran “a fair and impartial judicial process”

Only the male was to blame. He had also been drinking, why wasn't the female kicked out too?

Why wasn't the female charged with rape? Guy literally couldn't consent.

Very soon, women shouldn't be allowed to drink. Because they obviously cant handle the privilege.

Exactly.

Major felonies should be tried in a court of law, not a court of feel-feels.

I went to college in Wisconsin, and I am not sure if this is true or not but I was told that in Wisonsin, if a woman has had any alcohol she can't consent. So even if you had consesual sex the woman can come back and say that she was drunk and the man can be charged with rape. As a woman, I think this is bullshit,. You can't wake up in the morning and cry rape just because you had one too many margaritas. I actually know someone who had this done to him and is now a registered sex offender, I don't believe the lady for one second as this man is a very sweet, gentle man.

If only it was that easy to get out of other contracts.

so drinking alcohol negates any kind of consent then.... "Oh need me to sign a contract sir? sips a tall one okidokie "

That actually could form the basis for negating a contract.
