I went to college in Wisconsin, and I am not sure if this is true or not but I was told that in Wisonsin, if a woman has had any alcohol she can't consent. So even if you had consesual sex the woman can come back and say that she was drunk and the man can be charged with rape. As a woman, I think this is bullshit,. You can't wake up in the morning and cry rape just because you had one too many margaritas. I actually know someone who had this done to him and is now a registered sex offender, I don't believe the lady for one second as this man is a very sweet, gentle man.

Looks like the law went into effect in June, 2006. http://host.madison.com/news/rape-law-expands-to-include-alcohol-uw-foresees-effects-on/article_4f62e885-0e2d-5405-a2ae-d77705579c75.html

You know, as much as I hate the idea of some thot fucking up a young guy's life, it's teaching us that traditionalism has a real place in sexuality.

Since when the hell have universities become law enforcement agencies?

Retroactively negating sexual consent if an accusing student has even a sip of alcohol
So a girl could have one teensy tiny sip of an appletini and still fuck up a guy's life because she regretted sleeping with him?
Roe’s first written statement emphasized that Nokes had coerced her into performing oral sex and digitally penetrated her without consent, while both were “under the influence.”
What the hell is "digitally penetrated?"
He penetrated her vagina with one of his digits. That is, he fingered her.

He fingered her "I pee" but didn't manage to slip a Trojan in the backdoor.

...it ran “a fair and impartial judicial process”
Only the male was to blame. He had also been drinking, why wasn't the female kicked out too?

Why wasn't the female charged with rape? Guy literally couldn't consent.

So, by that same logic, does drinking any alcohol negate any intent by the alleged perpetrator as well?

It's fun to fuck drunk, it would be a shame if it were illegal.
