Private firms may be given powers to arrest people | Daily Mail Online
'Private firms may be given new powers to arrest people in a controversial move that has raised alarm. '
'The plans would see HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) privatising part of its compliance and enforcement operations in a deal worth £290million. '
'The proposals would allow, for the first time, staff from companies such as G4S to arrest members of the public for failing to pay fines imposed by the courts. '
'This would include the arrest and detention of individuals who fail to pay off their debts and haul them to court. '
'But this would potentially be a sweeping expansion of the powers – covering so-called warrants of arrest, which are issued by JPs to compel an indivual to attend court. '

Yea, but UK law and citizens arrest is a lot different then American laws regarding citizens arrest.

Sooooo, you’re not going to explain how they are different or provide sources supporting that? Quality comment, thanks.

That's a good way to get rent-a-cops killed in self-defense. Some asshole who's not a cop comes on my property to arrest me 100% is getting killed. Period. End of story.
Maybe end of my story too but I will not live under this kind of shit.

I don't kick back. I stomp. With Bullets. Some rights and things are just non-negotiable.
I know, I sound like "IAmVeryBadass" but fucking hell, I'm sick of this shit. I'm about at the point where Imma start daring these fuckers to try something.
