This follows Arch dropping 32-bit earlier this year. Looks like the end of 32-bit desktops (at least on Linux) is near.

It runs like shit on 32-bit architecture anyway. If you are still trying to keep a 32-bit system alive, try something a little lighter like lubuntu.

Grub provides, but the distros do not. They make it harder and harder to mix 32 and 64bit.

You'd need to create your own Frankenstein live USB with 32bit Grub and a 64bit distro.

This is only an issue with the asshole manufacturers that provide hardware with 32bit EFI paired to 64bit processors. Which I believe is just a ploy to make it harder to install any OS other than what it has come installed with.
