My great self control couldn't combat my gag reflex.

This trope of "I eat healthy and workout everyday" is just exhausting after a while. It infuriates me to no end. I don't care if you eat "healthy" foods, you're very clearly still overeating. I can eat 3500 calories of fruit, whole grains, and vegetables in a day...it doesn't make me healthy because if I did it consistently, I would still be overweight. It claims to eat only meat, vegetables, and fruit (bullshit), but even if that was the only things it consumed, it could still eat over its TDEE.

Lol at her blaming it on water retention. If you are retaining 100lbs of water you would be dead. Nice try, fatass.

All the fats who say "I workout every day" and in my years of gym going I have never seen more than 1 or 2 fat person at a time makes me wonder.

I do NOT eat healthy and exercise EVERYDAY but I'm still fit as fuck. Like these fats are so stupid if they actually knew how to be fit they would know you don't have to do it every single day.

I remember Secret Eaters had an episode with a fat who mostly ate healthy. She ate lots of vegetables, fruits.. But she ate a lot of fruits, and a lot of high calorie ones as well, like grapes, strawberries. She also drank lots of coffee with creamer. But since that wasn't soda she figured it was "healthy."

Turns out, while she was moderately healthy, she ate too much, so she still got too much calories in her body.

Grapes are very high cal for a fruit, but strawberries are actually pretty low in calories.

Strawberries aren't high calorie. Quite the opposite. 1 LB of strawberries only has 151 calories.

Well it doesn't help that retarded programs like 'Weight Watchers' say that you are allowed to eat all the fruits and veggies you want, as I guess they expect their stupid customers to actually want to eat a lot of it.

And 3,500 calories of fruit, whole grains, and vegetables is no easy task. I come close to that on some days, as I bicycle 3+ hours at a time multiple times per week, and eat extremely lean (95%+ whole plants), and getting that many calories with that much fiber can make me feel extremely uncomfortable, like my stomach is going to explode. Even on a rest day when I'm eating < 2,000 calories with no processed foods or animal products, I feel full all day long.

But let's not kid ourselves. This fat is eating garbage, and probably eats so little fiber she shits once a week at most.

Bananas nuts and wheat bread can pack a lot of calories.

I dunno. Depending on the kind of bread you're eating, you could get there without too much trouble. I do agree about fruits though, at some point the fiber will make you stop.

You’re seriously going to mess up your body without eating any EPA DHA Omega-3 fats. Eating high omega-6 fat will cause serious inflammation and high cholesterol.

We aren’t meant to eat only vegetables. You need the fats from fish and beef.

If you're heaving trouble reaching 3.5k calories, you could try adding some nuts to your diet. Nuts often have 600-700+ calories/100g and contain vitamins, minerals and essential fats.
