I eat asslods of omega-3 every day. By my estimate over 10,000 mg/ day. I’m guessing far more just from plants (flax, chia seeds, walnuts, etc) than you do with your meat consumption. Also I’m not vegan or vegetarian and I do eat meat in small amounts. Also I thought this was “fat people hate” and not “let’s critique vegan diets”?

Those sources of Omega-3 are ALA and are not very effective fatty acids. Hence consuming fish is the best source.

There’s no vegan hate from me, that was the other guy. If you want to critique me I’m on a ketogenic diet. I’ve been researching the hell out of fat sources to make sure I get the proper nutrition. So I’m just paying the knowledge forward. Fats are good energy sources, just make sure you’re getting the best kinds. Too many nuts will cause high cholesterol in your blood regardless of fiber intake.
