Is it possible that Google could take retaliation against people using this extension by closing our accounts?

I need my google account for work.

This fear is the only thing stopping me from using it. Losing my gmail account would be extremely unpleasant.

Then you need to move from gmail ASAP you dumb nigger. You're a fucking idiot to let google hold your life hostage. Go pay for prontonmail. You're the customer rather than a person they're victimizing.

Isn't clicking on the ads telling the ad servers your presence to those webpages?

Edit: my browser says "AdNauseam has been disabled due to security or stability issues".

Shill, 21 day-old account with your butthole intestine avatar. Why don't you go write your own code and compile your own browser? When you have accomplished that, I might listen to your bullshit.

Brave interjects their own ads over other people’s ads, so no.

It doesn't actually click on the ad, you are in no risk of getting any malware.

I remember reading that it actually sends real clicks and it can be a burden on your network. Can anyone confirm or debunk?

It does, but how often it does is configurable. I don't think you would notice unless you have a dialup modem.

Or pay for mobile internet access per MB, like some plebeian.
