Contact Project Veritas ... provide all the same information.

They might infiltrate and document it all.

Recording someone without consent is illegal in certain states, and you could make a mistake if you attempt to document the ANTIFA group on your own. This could lead to serious legal consequences.

Many security cams record video and no audio. Audio is usually the sticking point, as laws were made with telephone eavesdropping in mind. Also the legal bases are usually covered by a NOTICE: SECURITY CAMERA ON THIS PREMISES sign.

"One Party State" vs. "Two Party State" ... Texas is a "One Party State" ... it's how I can wear a recording device on my person all day long and not get arrested for it and can admit anything into court as long as I'm a party to that conversation and not just a passer-by.

Recording a person is perfectly legal even without their consent. You just can't use it in court. If it's a criminal investigation the police/FBI need to be in on it to obtain the necessary warrants if it's to go to court, which is still heavily cucked, and might not yield the same results as say public backlash that project Veritas can invoke. It's bigger than the professor, the entire college needs to answer for his actions in the same manner a police department has to answer for its officers.

have a buddy (non student) antagonize him with truths while having some hidden camera somewhere. Get this moron to do something extra stupid.

Record him recruiting for Antifa. If you can get some camera glasses or something so they don't know you're filming, all the better as they know what they're doing is illegal and they don't want evidence of the crime.

Go to the police and show them the video of him recruiting. If the police are any good, they'll take him down. If not,get the hell out cause the city government is already subverted.

Exactly this @Alt-correct

Doesn't matter if the video won't be legally admissible, all /pol/ needs is video proof of the cuckbag in action. Also contact project veritas, this seems right up O'Keefes alley

You might be able to record him if you also have a conversation with him. I'm not too familiar with NJ privacy law, but here is what I found
