Please educate me. Precisely what about the drawn medium, either by hand or computer, is intrinsically and inextricably tied to childhood? What property of animation is philosophically naturally oriented to children, and exclusively children?

You can't do anything but work, sex, booze, and die for some people otherwise it is child-like. Going to the gym (recess) and watching sports is as just as child-like as watching cartoons. They've only changed the target audience to adults.
I actually consider men that watch sports, especially things like wrestling closeted gays. Nothing says being a man like watching a group of dudes, get all hot and sweaty with each other? I'd rather splatter someone's animated brains on a wall. I also like how they can do things in animation that normally is appalling in real life, like blow up kittens.

Denying your inner child is just as unhealthy as refusing to grow up, faget.
