I think the issues are:
1 it is pornography
2 it is animated, so it appeals to children
3 children have easy access to netflix.
EDIT to add: To the 4 down voats (at time of edit), can you explain/identify the item(s) which warranted said downvoats? Thank you in advance.

You're right, it might only affect lazy or indifferent parents, but this sort of medium is targeting the adolescence of those exact types of families.
Remember when The Simpsons was a cartoon that some parents didn't let their children watch? I don't know of too many parents today that deny their children a show that their children's friends are watching. South Park also comes to mind.

It's also kiddie porn meant to appeal to adults. Hmmmm

This is the comment that makes the thread whole.

Exactly.
After I learned about the YouTube pedo bullshit, guess who's firewall was updated to block YouTube? If you are aware of a product or service that can be used that is detrimental to you or your loved ones, and you still use it, its not their fault. Granted, shit shouldn't be available - but it is - so you have to remain vigilant and block that shit.

This same argument has been told a thousand times over, often even in TV shows themselves.
It behooves us to remember the wise words of Bender B. Rodriguez;
"Have you ever tried simply turning off the tv, sitting down with your children, and hitting them?"

I just created a kid profile on my Netflix to test if what you said is true, and when I couldn't find the show in question. Neither could I find the new Bill Nye, or Orange is the New Black. It is, however, extremely easy to switch from kid mode to adult mode, and that could pose an issue if you're not closely watching what your kids are watching.
