If I saw a self-respecting black man in a sharp looking business suit, I would have no reaction out of the ordinary.
If I saw a black man dressed in ganster attire with expensive gold chains and a look that is hungry for confrontation, I would be wary.
If I remove the context of race, I would still have the same respective reactions to either situation. Race isn't always the common denominator.
