If someone used this map to sell garbage land to billionaires - that's hilarious. They've haphazardly got entire mountain ranges under water while surrounding areas at lower elevations are untouched. The most basic understanding of our national geography tells you at a glance that this whole thing isn't even possible. The only reasonable explanation is that this is an attempt at market manipulation.
