Wow.
8 oz filet - 605 calories (not counting whatever butter or oil the restaurant cooks with)
2 lobster tails - 242 calories
2? Tbsp butter 204 calories
= 1,051 calories for dinner.
That entire tub of fucking Cool Whip she was going to eat?
625 calories

Wooooooow, she is so dumb. Low-carb diets mean nothing when you still eat like a damn pig! Of course she wants the 'easy way out', the 'quick fix'. I wonder how many fit-teas, wraps, diet pills she's tried in her life. YOU DUMB BITCH IT'S CALORIES IN CALORIES OUT!

I'm conflicted between the exploitation of these horrible fats and the scummy arseholes selling their overprised crap.

BACK ON EXPENSIVE ATKINS DIET! (3rd attempt to lose weight) - YouTube

Of course it's an "expensive diet"... you're ordering steak and lobster tails as take-out at a fancy restaurant. Jesus, learn to cook. I don't get it. How can anyone with the proportions of an obvious food enthusiast care so little about how to actually prepare their own meals?

Fucked up the link. She starts talking about her diet and the food at 7:20

I lost 60 lbs doing a strict ketogenic diet (meat, dairy, veggies, and a moderate amount of fruit and nuts) - it does work.
It's also NOT EXPENSIVE (if you aren't a fat addled retard)

Yeah but portion control is completely different between you and her. It simply cannot be compared.
[–] SpecialSnowStorm 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Also works better if you do it for more than 16 hours at a time!

I've varyingly followed keto, vegetarian, vegan, low fat, and what I call the "cheap ass" diet, and lost weight on all of them because I always watched my calories. CICO is the most important variable.
