If it was high, you would see companies undercutting the price. How much do you think it would cost to get UPS to deliver to the middle of one of those flooded neighborhoods? They going to rent a boat?
The entire southern tip of Florida, and the Keys are under a mandatory evacuation. Within a day all public services like power plants, hospitals, police, fire, and etc. will begin shutting down.
I seriously doubt Amazon.com, UPS, and other delivery services will place employees into such a situation to deliver until after the evacuation order is lifted.
