I like change, but I'm also still debating whether or not to keep my reddit account. I might keep both, I'm a website slut

I switched in February when the whole censorship of the TPP thing was going on. i still go back on, but only for r/nba, r/soccer and few other subs that aren't effected or part of all the drama.
I come to Voat for good discussion and news on various subject

The coversations were becoming dull, like Bertram has pointed out, and the content was stale, like an echo chamber. It just seems like a younger generation is moving into Reddit. I'm not sure if it was from the recent fall that made me notice it. Reddit has been on a down fall for a while. It even seems the grammar is worsening. I really don't like reading bad grammar, which is why I moved here.

I had been a redditor for ~5 years. It has always been an echo chamber in some ways but that problem has been growing worse over the past few years.
Same jokes. Discussions are drowned in attention grabbing memes.
I needed a place where actual discussion could be had. I would love it if disagreements didn't turn into downvote wars.

That's the same reason I left. I was tired of the same 10 jokes topping the comment sections
