The way that headline was written I thought, "A girl running a lemonade stand with a tablet was surprised by a police officer." Being american, I assumed he tazed her.
While I think bringing attention to positive police stories is a good idea and should be done more often, I don't think /v/news is the place to do that. I don't see how this piece of news is really relevant, although it may have a very positive message.

I am trying to post positive police stories anywhere i can so we can focus on all the good they do rather than the small percentage that screw it up.
