Yea because lifting for 4-5 hours a week (go hard, don't lolly gag when you are there) is really time consuming. The jealousy is real. They know that if they had any discipline they could look like that guy.

Why do so many fats think it takes 20 hours a week in the gym to get buff? Probably because whenever I seem them in the gym they walk at 2.5 mph for 20 minutes then spend 5 minutes in between their shitty half assed sets.

And I also especially like the assumption he makes that we don't actually enjoy it.

I can't stand when people say shit like "theres so many other things you could do besides work out." How hard is it for people to understand that you can be healthy AND have various other hobbies and interests? What a dumb fucking comic.

You can do so many other things you could do besides work out. Climb a climbing wall. Hike a mountain. Ride a bike somewhere. Swim. Wrestle. Box. Windsurf, my latest hobby. Interestingly, all these things, compared with a good diet, tend to make a very decent body, not as big as that of body builders, but OK. So comics guy can only stay fat and ugly by actually missing a lot of things in life.

You don't even have to work out to not be fat. Just eat less.

I do a lot of reading! About working out....but seriously fit people are more likely to have a type A personality while couch potatoes are couch potatoes.

I can stay fit by going backpacking through amazing new places and meeting other fit, active people who are doing the same thing.

This guy probably stays inside reading wikipedia articles and arguing with strangers over Buzzfeed articles on facebook, claims to be "enriching" his mind rather than his body.

I need to tell people how much I don't care about what they think! That will show them
