I find that by working out 45 minutes, I already save 30 minutes by falling asleep practically instantly, instead of rolling around in the bed for 30 minutes. Replacing breakfast with a protein shake also saves time, because meal preparation while sleepy is slooow.

But what makes the argument of the comics truly terrible is TV watching statistics.

I enjoy working out. And, it only takes 1.5-2 hours out of the day. Plenty of time left for other shit.
