Barely. Five feet= 100 lbs and 5 lbs per inch is the medical standard. Personally, I stay 5-10 lbs below that to be in best shape, which is 19-20 bmi. A woman with a bmi of 20 looks very different than one with a bmi of 25.

Yeah, but don't forget you always need to add at least 20 pounds to whatever weight they actually admit to, especially the femayos which I believe this one is.

Your BMI is 25.1 Literally just eat salad with a calorie free dressing and no cheese or meat for the next 3 days and you'll be on the right side. If you hate being skinnyfat, go run a mile each day. Its not hard or time consuming, its just 1 mile. You're so close its painful.

Calorie counting helps losing the fat and learning about what crap you put in your mouth, moving more helps shaping your body towards a body you might be one day proud of.
