Corporations are not people... You can hang people for being homicidal.

The simple fact is, corporations are not people. Corporations are designed to insulate corporate activity and the owners from limited financial liability. It was never designed to provide citizen rights, criminal liability protections, and broad spectrum financial protection. Factually, it does not. But... As with most things fucked in this country, an idiot (corrupt?) judge is behind it. A judge ruled that corporations are people. Then, over night, contrary to law and the US Constitution, legislation from the bench (which is illegal) declared corporations to be people. Our entire country was transformed.

People need to understand we are no longer a country of laws. The rule of law no longer exists in the United States. Well, it does, but only for the middle class and lower. Even the IRS admits there are three sets of tax codes in the Country. There is the congressional tax code. There is the IRS' interpretation of US tax code. And there is the US tax code, as interpreted, bought, and litigated by and for corporations. None of which is constitutional.

One of the indicators we have returned to rule of law is that corporations are no longer protected as people. People are always to be held accountable for financial and criminal wrong doing. Corporations were never intended to provide the broad protection and rights they enjoy today.

No, you're right. If corporations are people then they shouldn't be able to be bought and sold. You're exactly right. But hang on now, aren't corporations also taxed? Are they not taxed and then the shareholders again taxed?

It's a double edged sword and you people made your choice years ago. You weren't happy just taxing the people who made a profit, you also needed to tax the business. NOW LIVE WITH IT and next time think a little harder about what you're asking for.

If money is free speech, why is it illegal for me to have a 'friendly conversation' with my favorite prostitute?

Better yet, if money is free speech, then the IRS compelling me to pay is violating my right to remain silent.

I may be a bit late for visibility, but this needs to be said: you CAN be sold into slavery through mechanisms designed for businesses.

A man by the name of Jeff Baron was placed into equitable civil receivership as recently as 5 years ago by only a small, 2 man conspiracy involving a rogue judge and a lawyer. Civil receivership is where a 3rd party, usually a debtor, wants to recover funds from a host, and has reason to believe the funds they want to recover will be drained before they can begin recovery. It places the entity (usually a business) under the custody of a receiver, which is usually a 3rd party with complete control of the business functions.

This is the first time EVER that a man was placed into civil receivership, and nobody even knows about it. To make the collusion worse, the judge granted his lawyer buddy receivership (!!!, instead of a third party) and the first thing the lawyer did was suspend his first amendment rights (as in, he literally cannot contact anyone). They then proceeded to clean him and his company out for everything they were worth, then the judge retired from the bench.

Here is one link, but there are tons. This is one awareness site.

I have never heard anyone in my life say that corporations are people. They are legal entities, not even close to the same thing.

The definition of the word "person" is not the same in legalese as in common english. Corporations are 'persons'. You have a 'person' if you got a birth certificate. Rabbit hole type stuff to jump into. All about deception.
