I'm glad you found it helpful! (: Do check this out if you want to see more specifics/science links/hair issues: https://archive.is/FJdYb
Hah, yeah, coco o. is fun for its versatility. You probably found it really softens your hair.
Those pumpkin seeds are great, very filling (: I wonder if many nuts/seeds have similar effects... As far as hair growth, you'll probably find the link about pumpkin seed oil to be quicker. This and the ppmt/rsmry oils, I am convinced, got my hair from thin to thick!!!
I love the smell of argon, but yeah, it's usually mixed with perfumes... I try food grade of anything when I can.
I heard you can use food grade diatomaceous earth, in minimal amounts daily, to strengthen and grow hair. You include it in your diet, and they recommend about two hours outside of eating anything substantive. Because the DE will absorb the good nutrients you're trying to digest.
Ooh, haven't heard of this. I'll take a look! Thanks.
My pleasure, and you are most welcome (: If you decide to include anything from that link, let us know how it turns out!

Neat. I think the stuff I researched ultimately boiled down to increased blood circulation, so that may be why it's working for ya!
