well, it tracks a user's influence on a website. I'm not too worried about that fact because anonymous websites like 4chan fix that problem for those that legitimately care about that delusional stigma. Although I use VOAT, I still use 4chan as a discussion medium to balance it out. You should try it out, the niche boards are usually pretty ok.

Even though I don't agree with the way you put it, I agree with the idea.
I like Voats idea of getting 100 comment score before you can downvote. But after you gain 100 comment score, it shouldn't track any more than that.

You shouldn't agree with the idea. He's a manhood101 spammer. He's trying to put this forward to hide the fact that he has absolutely horrendous levels of contribution points.

In the same line of logic, why do we keep scores on video games? ...or give medals to people who can run fast or jump high?
