Oh no, no lifting since last Wednesday due to illness. Dont wanna risk my recovery, wont lift for at leas a few more days.

I slacked off on the seeds for a few months. All the progress is driven by the topical oils. It's amazing!!!
For you, taking the pumpkin seed oil as a food supplement with give you quicker results if you needed them. Eating the shelled seeds is slow and uncertain, but I'm pretty sure my hair is stronger and healthier now thanks to that.
