I've been meaning to write on it, but I'm seeing so much improvement with peppermint oil on my hair.
So far a b-complex multivitamin only, will see about the oils...its kind of...messy. Also, baby shampoo that i know does good from before. No results yet started only days ago.
I just need to get into the groove of going HARD CORE at every aspect of life. I shall RISE to glory again!!!!!!!!

You might not be balding, but it'll keep your hair growth in top-top condition regardless and prevent it later. It's a supplement you take, like B.
