If you actually knew anything of substance about the American police force, you would know most of the problems are with specific jurisdictions. Most police in the united states are able to do their job correctly.

most? murdering how many people is acceptable? how about if every 1,000th airplane flight drops from sky? .001% failure rate is very low

american police statistically are the worst out of ANY developed country and many so called developing countries, and you think thats somehow acceptable?

Not true. I actually know a cop who was in a serious threat situation and he didn't shoot to kill and he was not fired.

Basically the criminal shoot his partner, causing him to draw his weapon and he shot purposefully for the man's leg and took him down that way. As I understand it the criminal had shot his partner while turning and running. So the cop I am speaking of had a clear shot at the guy's back and he shot him in the leg and took his gun.

Maybe it wasn't the safest move. But it was brave as fuck and merciful.

thats nice, I think there have been Nazi guards that spared Holocaust victims as well, doesn't change the fact that there was a holocaust

I don't know if they're fired for not shooting, but they are given paid vacation and a free pass legally for shooting.
