Isn't this the exact same thing as the movie Boys Don't Cry except people thought that chick was courageous?

So the poor ”victim” went to a date with a completely unknown person and accepted to have sex with him/her right away without even seeing him/her! And to think that 30 years ago a woman needed to be courted at length before taking off her panties... Brave new world!

ECC 1:9 ...there's nothing new under the sun.
30 years ago were the coke fueled orgies that led to the HIV fiasco. 40 were bra burners and free love in the back of a van. 50 years were the days of the drive-in.
You damn near have to go back 100 years to the courting days, and even then it was limited to caste and station. Folks have been fucking like rabbits for... well, forever.

If you are that dumb you have no right to sue somebody. Also she did agree to sex with her and since gender is a social construct she could say she was a man. if that doesn't work plead insanity

So is it law in England that it's illegal to have sex with someone while concealing your actual gender? That could actually do some good if it applies to transgenders.

And in australia, Procuring sexual gratification through deception, usually it is applicable when a guy ripps of a prostitute with fake money or whatever. There is no reasonable excuse to not apply it to traps

There are severe penalties for carrying a concealed weapon. I'm sure they just applied those laws.
