When I was 18, I was denied a table at a restaurant on the boardwalk because I was wearing shorts over a one piece bathing suit. If I was wearing a bikini top I wouldn't have even tried, and I was basically a kid at the time.

I seriously have bras with more coverage than that bikini top (small band large cup bras that cost less than $70 are usually extremely full coverage).

So it was at a table of fats and it was the only one still wearing a swim top. Then it was the only one to be asked to leave and so this obviously because all fat people are oppressed? It seems to me like this had nothing to do with fat or else everyone would have been kicked out.

No, a thin person could not wear that exact outfit because a god damn bikini is not appropriate attire for a sit down restaurant. No one wants you in their restaurant anyway, much less half dressed, getting grease and buttery tears all over the damn place.

A thin person would know better than to wear a bikini to the restaurant. The fat probably wants to wear the least amount of clothing possible so people get used to seeing disgusting bodies and maybe start accepting that shit. Ewwwww

It's trying to portray confidence. And doing a great job of it by crying on multiple people in the parking lot.

Yes! Have they never seen the "no shirt, no shoes, no service" signs before? Maybe it's because I've lived in tropical tourist hot spots, but I thought that was common knowledge.. the victim mentality grosses me out as much as the fat. :|

Seriously! It's one thing if it were a food stand on the beach or something, but I would want to change into actual clothes even if I were going to eat inside at a McDonalds.

When I worked as a sever near a busy river it didn't matter the body size, you cant go into a family restaurant in a bikini. Nothing to do with body shaming. Of course a ham will twist in into she was being oppressed instead of just accepting that rules are rules. Crying because she can't get her way. Shes allowed to be fat and take up space? How selfish and narcissistic can a person really get?

Dumb, stupid fatass loser! Fats NEVER think the rules apply to them!! My fit body wouldn't be caught dead in a restaurant in a wet, gross, clingy bathing suit top. This enrages me.

Fatties once again feel that just because they aren't human, dress codes don't apply to them.

My parents like to go on cruises where the dining rooms often have various dress codes, but the main buffets are literally just wear shoes and no swimwear. It's always fatties trying to get in half naked or into the nice formal dining room with shorts and a wife beater on. They ruin everything.
