Computer production is the racket.

The only rational thought is to make better hardware. We have ic fab plants that dont design, just print. We got ic fabs that dont do any building. Passed around logic cores as they're called already work to build big processors and SOCs

So, like, any virus pre-1995? Except I guess 3.5" floppies were more "hand drives".

Good basic idea but that won't stop any modern exploits

Best to have the interface to the air gapped machine (if windaz) via a wired connected Linux box and sync USB on Linux to a folder on windows via syncthing. That way you need a Linux compromise, a syncthing compromise, and the windaz compromise to get across the gap.

Which is what I'm setting up for fun.

I also quite like syncthing, not quite as nice as proper networking but it bears running SMBs or the myriad of other likely vulnerable Win networking crap!

God damn every time phone or computer wants to do an update all i can think is this is the system updating some type of hack shit. We are addicted to technology but its like being addicted to something that is insidious.
