You don't need any medication, take this advice from a person who has been suffering anxiety their entire life: When you're in the middle of an anxiety attack or just feeling stressed out, just breathe. Breathing is the secret key to overcoming an anxiety attack or a stressful situation. When you're in hot shit, just relax and breathe through one nostril slowly, then exhale out the other and repeat until you feel calmed down. This will also too give your mind something to focus on, so if you have racing thoughts just focus on that breathing.
