It is really good from 2012, the sequel is supposed to come out in September. IMDB definitely worth a watch if you haven't seen it.

Repo Man

It's from 1984 and has Emilio Estaves and Harry Dean Stanton in the main roles. Sci-fi ish with comedy. Great early 80s southern California hardcore for the soundtrack. Definitely worth a watch, even if the trailer is fucking goofy.

El Topo

It's an older advant-garde style western made by a Chilean occultist. It's an allegorical western that represents a spiritual quest. The main character searches the desert for masters to duel with, each master representing different spiritual ideas.

To the average person, it's going to be one fucking wierd movie. Hands down my favorite movie ever. A close second being another film by the same director, called The Holy Mountain.

I have two Hong Kong films that are my favorite that I can suggest. Infernal Affairs, it is basically the same as The Departed. Chungking Express is a great movie from Hong Kong also

Jesus Christ Superstar, the 70s version.

No, I'm not just saying this because I want to mention Christianity. I don't even believe in gods, I just like the way it was presented, soundtrack, the narrative from Judas' perspective... mind blow, yes, another name for that movie could had been The Gospel of Judas.

"Well ya mus' BElieve in Jesuz if dat's ya favorite movie!!!"

Uhhh, no. It's a work of fiction. Just because someone's favorite movie is Hercules doesn't mean they have to actually believe in greek gods on a subconscious level.

If you have 12 hours, watch The Lord of the Rings. Or watch them separately, I guess. But hands-down my favorite; the story is epic, the music and cinematography are among the best ever, just watching it brings you into this incredible fantasy world. If you haven't seen it yet you should.

Oddly enough my second favorite is Mean Girls, which is hilarious beginning to end
