Reading, taking a bath, drinking a cup of coffee or tea in peace, grocery shopping by yourself, watching any tv shows just for you while folding laundry. . . . Whatever you do enjoy your time.
My kids are a little too young for summer camps but my husband took them to the zoo, since it's close and we got a membership, the other day and left me at home. I cleaned and listened to diffrent youtube shows, I took a break and had a cup of tea in the peace. It was very much appreciated.

Sounds like you had a nice day!
I like your ideas. Grocery shopping without kids really is the better way to do it. I was thinking too of going shopping for some new, lacy, husband-pleasing underclothes while kid-free. That's something that I really never get to do, being surrounded by kids all day. I'm going to add those two things to my list for tomorrow!

Great idea! I'm sure your husband will appreciate that.
I did, and it wasn't even my idea.

Go on a date with your husband! We haven't gone out without at least one child for over a year (nursing baby). I have literal daydreams about it. Have a date for me.

I may be biased, but hitting up a farmers market and finding some nice fruit and making a jam may not be the worst idea in the world. Also, I love that you work out regularly- so good for the body, mind, and spirit!

I do a lot of cooking, but I've never made jam before and don't have canning stuff. Freezer jam sounds pretty easy though. Great idea!

Freezer jam is super easy and raspberries are in season!
