I have no clue where to even begin here. Nothing identifiable to work with, just a style of garden that reminds me of the "House Martell" scenes in Game of Thrones and random people walking around it, but outside of "the location is open to tourists and/or the public", that doesn't tell me anything.

Well there's a few things that you can use to give you an idea of where it is. The people seem to be Caucasian, wearing light clothing, so it's probably somewhere in the Mediterranean or North America. The short shadows also mean that it can't be too far from the equator. Someone who knows a lot about trees could also probably recognise the ones in the background and say where they are indigenous to, and then it's just a matter of looking up famous gardens in that area.

Okay, maybe this one needs a little help. Here are a few more photos to maybe get you on the right track: http://veuwer.com/i/2plg,2plh,2pli,2plk,2plj,2plm,2pll
This beautiful place is much larger than just the first picture would indicate. Lots of people walking around, as you can see, as this place is totally open to the public, free of charge. These photos are OC (I took them myself), and they were taken in late May.
Hope this helps!
